I think that too often in our quest to quickly reach a design goal, we use software libraries and designs from datasheets that are not optimized for power saving. Keeping mindful of these tips and going back over ones' design to reduce energy will be a required skillset for all future engineers. I'll be sure to refer all of them here!&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;~Chris</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/31006871/1900480717212525526/comments/default/1363575011708623527'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/31006871/1900480717212525526/comments/default/1363575011708623527'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://blog.engineersimplicity.com/2008/08/simple-ways-to-design-for-lower-energy.html?showComment=1218637380000#c1363575011708623527' title=''/><author><name>Chris_Gammell</name><uri>http://chrisgammell.com/</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://blog.engineersimplicity.com/2008/08/simple-ways-to-design-for-lower-energy.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31006871.post-1900480717212525526' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/31006871/posts/default/1900480717212525526' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
